This is the free app created for organization managers to search for the employees with the desired skill set.
App let the managers login with the user name and password they created while registering in the Skill Matrix web application.
After login, manager will be able to search the resource pool using the "Skilled In" & "Interested In", few more technical filters. After search the results will be displayed in the screen with the link to the each result. Manager can click on the results and will be able to see the employee details like his First Name, Last Name, Email and etc.
